Al's Liner LMR (Lecithin Mold Release)

To keep your Al's Liner Spray Gun in top condition, Al's Liner is now offering a lecithin mold release. This vegetable-based product delivers a fast and easy cleanup for your Al's Liner kit and a variety of other projects around the shop. Suitable for most applications where post mold parts will be painted, stenciled, glued, bonded, laminated or hot stamped, Al's Liner LMR provides a quick, clean release that will not disturb your post-finishing project.

The rapid dry, anti-stick formula is suitable for cold and hot molds. Al's LMR prevents sticking which increases the life of dies and molds, improves product surface finishes, and reduces production times. Al's Liner LMR is biodegradable, colorless, and odorless.

Al's Liner Cup Brush Now Available

A well prepared surface is the key to achieving a long lasting and durable coating with your Al's Liner Truck Bed Lining. To help you get a perfect preparation done easily every time, we developed the Al's Liner Cup Brush, a professional series abrasive nylon bristle cup brush. Its tough nylon bristles do a fantastic job sanding, scuffing, and blending surfaces. The Al's Liner Cup Brush attaches to a pneumatic rotary tool and will speed up the sanding time on your next project while ensuring that your surface is properly prepared. This Cup Brush will quickly scuff up the surface area to be sprayed, and is strong enough to last for several Al's Liner projects.

Al's Liner Roller/Brush Kit

With so many of our customers developing unique applications for Al's Liner kits, we have developed a roller and brush kit specially designed for Al's Liner applications to give you even more flexibility when applying your kit. Great for tight areas, interior sound deadening, custom visual applications and much more, the Al's Liner Roller/Brush Kit includes one three inch brush, two four inch rollers and arm and one paint tray. With the shed resistant woven rollers, you can apply up to a 15mil or 1/64th of inch coating in a single pass. We recommend two coats for maximum durability. When you need the versatility to do a job your way, Al's Liner has you covered.

Normal application with the Roller/Brush kit provides a standard orange peel texture commonly seen in roll-on bed liners. The Al's Liner Roller/Brush Kit can also be used with Al's Rubber Crumb.
